Retro Home Services is a full-service home improvement company dedicated to helping preserve our cities existing structures and properties. We frequently revitalize, restore, and maintain the many older properties of Milwaukee's historic communities. We have established a known reputation for meeting the challenges that older properties can and generally do present. While we do have a defined focus on older homes, buildings, and properties, we do not discriminate against those with newer construction needs. Retro Home Services will be helping habitat for humanity on the construction of 3 new housing units in a local Milwaukee neighborhood June 20-25 2011. Organized, pleasant, prompt, neat, and meticulous, Retro was attentive to many difficult details. They provided not only very careful prepping and painting, but also window and wood replacement as they restored inner window frames. They provided all they promised and more, and did so at a very reasonable price. Turning over one's house for a week-long project is never fun, but Karen and I really admired Retro's efforts and truly enjoyed getting to know Jay and his crew. We are very pleased to highly recommend Retro Home Services.

Jay Smet has chosen a team of energetic workers who transformed my home within a week!
